MIND HEALTH EMBODIMENT™ FOR STRESSED PROFESSIONALS

TIME CONSTRAINTS? THERE IS A SOLUTION

This program provides an essential restorative space for professionals facing chronic stress, fatigue, and emotional strain. Whether on a mat or in a chair, each session helps regulate the nervous system, sharpen focus, and restore inner balance—skills vital for sustaining healthy leadership.

Using gentle movement, breathwork, and guided mindfulness, participants learn practical tools to reduce anxiety, enhance clarity, and build resilience. The approach is trauma-informed and science-based, drawing from Hatha, Kundalini, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and iRest Yoga Nidra.

Available online or in person, classes run 30–60 minutes. Daytime sessions include brain longevity practices; evenings close with soothing meditation. Practical, calming, and designed for the real demands of modern leadership.

Chronic stress triggers the body’s “fight-or-flight” system repeatedly, releasing cortisol and other stress hormones.

Over time, this continual activation can disrupt nearly all the body’s systems, raising the risk of conditions such as anxiety, depression, digestive issues, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, weight gain, insomnia, and memory/focus problems.

Stress also can cause short-term spikes in blood pressure and, through unhealthy reactions (e.g., poor diet, lack of exercise) contribute to long-term cardiovascular risk. Mayo Clinic+1
