
I became a teacher to heal myself and guide others on this journey of healing.
The philosophy of Non-duality has been a major part of my recovery and is the basis of my ideas and embodied awareness practices on Pain and Trauma Recovery. I want to share it with you in love, peace, and joy.
Here is where we unveil consciousness itself. This class invites you into a gentle inner journey shaped by your own experience, where Non-duality becomes something you explore from the inside out.
The teachings are rooted in the wisdom of Indian Sage Ramana Maharshi, whose Self-eInquiry (“Who am I?”) points you back to their your inner knowing.
I will be reading from the books of Non-duality teachers, such as Rupert Spira and others, who offer their guidance for recognizing the awareness we already are.
This class supports you in discovering truth through direct personal insight, individual and group reflection.
I will also be guiding you in Mind Health Embodiment™ practices as we explore and have a felt sense of Nondualism which will help people feel relaxed and centered.
Together we read and reflect on the words of Non-duality teachers. We listen to the poetry of Rumi and other mystical voices, using their words as inspiration rather than instruction.
Each session offers a supportive space where you follow your own inner lead, uncovering stillness, clarity, and a deeper sense of unity at your own pace.
