I personalize each session to meet your unique needs, whether you're new to embodiment and mindfulness practices or seeking deeper resilience overall. Such as relief from physical and emotional pain or trauma, stress relief from burnout and the general mental and emotional demands of modern life, or help with social isolation or sadness.
I use my training and background in yoga and meditation, my personal experience of pain and trauma recovery, decades of professional experience in outpatient and inpatient hospitals in behavioral health, and studies and teaching experience in integrative and holistic mental health, to create a plan and develop strategies to bring you deep relief and healing.
Classes (30–60 minutes) can be done on a mat or chair, at home, in the office, or online.
