These sessions offer a restorative space to reconnect and recharge—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With expertise in yoga, mindfulness, trauma recovery, and integrative mental health, I personalize each session to meet your unique needs, whether you're new to embodied movement and mindfulness practices or seeking deeper resilience overall, stress relief from burnout, meaningful addiction recovery, help with social isolation, sadness or loneliness, and relief from physical and emotional pain or grief.
Classes (30–60 minutes) can be done on a mat or chair, at home, in the office, or online.
